Registering an OpenAI Account#

- After completing the registration, you need to top up your account (1 USD is equivalent to 73 rubles). Click on "Balance Recharge" in the upper right corner and use Alipay to recharge 1 USD (Note: There have been changes to the rules of the sms-activate.org platform. If you recharge less than 10 USD, you need to recharge a minimum of 2 USD <as of March 22, 2023>).
